The cuisine
The hotel restaurant offers a versatile menu: the dishes of Parma gastronomy, from Food Valley cured meats to fresh pasta, alongside more creative preparations for those who want to discover new flavours. It is open to non-guests in private dining rooms and available for business lunches, corporate dinners and private meetings. Booking is recommended.
Breakfast
Every morning hotel guests find a rich buffet breakfast with sweet and savoury options and homemade pastries, served in the breakfast room or, in the warm season, on the terrace overlooking the Palazzo delle Terme Berzieri.

Wellness and spas
Salsomaggiore has been a spa town for over a century: salt-bromine-iodine waters for inhalation treatments, mud therapy and wellness circuits, all year round. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel.
Terme Berzieri and QC Terme
The Palazzo delle Terme Berzieri, an Art Nouveau masterpiece of 1923 opposite the hotel, today houses QC Terme Salsomaggiore: pools, saunas, relaxation rooms and treatments in one of the most beautiful spa buildings in Italy. Traditional thermal treatments (inhalations, mud therapy, balneotherapy) are carried out at the Terme Zoja, a few minutes on foot.

Five kilometres from the hotel, Tabiano is famous for sulphurous waters among the richest in Europe, recommended for inhalation treatments of the respiratory tract, suitable for adults and children.

Castles of the Duchy
Over twenty castles, fortresses and strongholds dot the provinces of Parma and Piacenza. Scipione Castle and Contignaco Castle are five kilometres from the hotel; Vigoleno, Soragna, San Secondo, the Bardi fortress and the Reggia di Colorno are within a day trip.
Food and wine
The Parma Food Valley boasts world-famous products: Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello di Zibello, Salame di Felino and the wines of the Colli di Parma. The front desk organises visits to dairies and ham producers.
Nature and sport
Many opportunities for an outdoor holiday: mountain biking in the Stirone Park, golf at the Salsomaggiore Golf & Country Club six kilometres away, walks in Parco Mazzini and at the Gavinell Botanical Garden.
